We are a young Christian professionals group, ages 23-35, based out of Raleigh Chinese Christian Church. We consist of both young marrieds and singles. Every Saturday we meet together for fellowship, fun, Bible study, and a good time! Please join us, everyone is welcome!

This MeetUp is dedicated to the learning and experiencing of the ancient practice of Daoism, Medical QiGong and Internal Alchemical practices. Daoism is over 5000 years old and has found roots in Western Culture and the US. This MeetUp will be lecture and experiential focusing on healing, health and wellness and the Medical QiGong principles behind the practices. Come prepared to experience!

For over 12 years I have been teaching the Eastern Arts of QiGong and Tai Chi.  During that time, I have expanded my training into Chinese Medicine and Daoism. I am putting this all together in this MeetUp and now calling it Empowered Life Wellness. The class consists of important teachings in lecture mode, QiGong practice and some special things every now and again.
